Synopsis
In this course, you will investigate the different levels and types of crises that leaders may need to face in their organisations and how each requires a different style of leadership in response. Early warning systems and crisis detection and prevention will be explored and the policy and cultural implication s of these considered. The importance of timely and reliable information will be highlighted as will be the role of authentic and strategic communication in successfully dealing with the crisis within a business context. Finally, you will critique and develop strategic responses to crises that integrate your learnings from the program to this point.
